Alternative to Apartment Rentals in Auburn AL: University Housing and Residence
February 12th, 2009 -- Posted in Auburn University Housing & Residence | No Comments »Students of Auburn University who find apartments in Auburn AL less appealing may opt for the university housing and residence. This privilege is only open to individual students pursuing undergraduate degrees.
The university has three housing areas that not only provide accomodations but also, programs to help students develop their individual wellness in conjunction with their academic growth. The trained staffs could offer students information, advice and support. They also organize residential activities that are fun and enlightening.
This prospect is obviously more appealing to parents if they could afford it. I am sure they could sleep more peacefully at night knowing their children would get a good place to stay and safe from the usual distractions of college life - non-stop partying.
Compared to the usual apartment rentals in Auburn, University housing and residence are much expensive.
Auburn University have three housing areas, namely: The Hill, The Quad and The Village. These housing areas have female only halls and coed halls. Aside from that each residence hall has its own elected council to govern its community. Even freshmen resident can run for the council positions.
