Conveniently across Auburn University, Eagles West Apartments provide great convenience to its student tenants. They can reach the campus in just a few steps or thru the Tiger Transit Bus system when the weather is uncooperative. At the same time, residents are in close proximity for football gatherings or fraternity activities.
After an extensive renovation, residents of this apartment community enjoy new interiors, hardwood floors and crown moldings. Each one bedroom or two bedroom units have washers/dryers and spacious closets.
A standard one bedroom can be leased for 600 $ while the standard two bedroom rate is at 1, 150 $. The rates are kinda cheap but residents will shoulder electricity, cable and internet. Pets are allowed but residents will pay 200 $ non refundable pet fee.Application fee is at 30 $ while security deposit costs one month’s rent. As an added convenience, its own website allows online payment.
Reviews on this apartment are inconclusive but I guess it’s worth checking yourself.
