Apartment Rental Rates in Auburn AL may drop

Businessweek reported that the apartment rental rates in the country plummeted as another ugly effect of the economic crisis. With the help of survey company, Axiometrics, 25 Metros from across the United States have been named as having the biggest drop in rental rates.

Birmingham, Alabama’s cultural center and 23rd on the list, rental rates in the area dropped to 2 percent. Companies are downsizing resulting to increased unemployment.
